# Implementation verification — 2026-10-13

Backend scope is implemented; consumer integration and application-database deployment are not part of this change execution.

## Evidence

- General API suite: 61 passed, 42 skipped. Guarded database suites deliberately skip without their isolated database environment. The additional export-limit contract test subsequently passed (4 Inventory contract tests total).
- Inventory isolated MySQL suite: 19 passed with a preserved pre-migration Part; 19 passed on a clean database. Each harness run creates and removes only its own randomly named test database.
- Existing Pilot Plant isolated regression suite: 23 passed across Pilot Plant, photos, reports/WO reads, and seeders. Browser integration was not run for this backend-only change.
- Typecheck, build, compiled Swagger contract, Prisma schema validation, and strict OpenSpec validation passed.
- Shared DTO package build passed.

The MySQL scenarios cover initial receipts, retries and collisions, role enforcement, pending/privileged checkout, competing stock writes and approval decisions, required-audit rollback, WO eligibility and bounded returns, mixed quarantine disposition/reopening, metadata versions, QR ambiguity, filtered export, photos and cleanup, and ledger preflight consistency. Contract tests cover facility/DST month boundaries, strict inputs, nonfinancial DTOs, documented routes, and oversized export rejection.

## Scope and rollout

Approved additions are Part photoKey/version, InventoryRequest durable retry storage, and CLOSED_MIXED quarantine status. The additive migration is prepared but has not been deployed to the configured application database. No financial or place/rack input was introduced.

The frontend already contained unrelated working-tree changes; this implementation did not edit consumer files. Shared inventory DTOs and their export were added in the separately authorized shared workspace. Existing unrelated work was retained.

Before enabling application writers, run the read-only Inventory preflight against the target database, resolve legacy discrepancies explicitly, and deploy the reviewed migration. Preserve ledger and retry rows on rollback; repair partial MySQL DDL forward. See `src/services/inventory.md` and `prisma/inventory-preflight.md` for the integration and rollout contract.
